HISTORY OF BRENTWOOD POINTE II
This web site is for the Homeowner's Association (HOA) of Brentwood Pointe II, a 176 unit condominium complex located on General George Patton Road in Brentwood, TN, behind the Cool Springs Galleria. There are three complexes in Brentwood Pointe, named in the order in which they were constructed. Brentwood Pointe II was the second complex constructed. The Master Deed was filed in November, 1985.
Administration of the Brentwood Pointe II complex is accomplished through the Homeowner's Association. The affairs of the condominium complex are governed by the Board of Managers. The Board of Managers is composed of five persons, all of whom must be unit owners. Operation, care, upkeep and maintenance of the common elements of the complex are subcontracted under the authority of the Board of Managers. The Board of Managers currently employs David Floyd and Associates, Inc. as the Management Agent for the day-to-day affairs of running the condominium. The Board of Managers is elected at the General meeting of the Homeowner's Association annually. The Board of Managers meets monthly. Rules and Regulations of the complex are incorporated into the Bylaws by reference. These rules govern the use and occupancy of the condominium units. The Homeowner's Association is a non-profit enterprise that was incorporated under the laws of Tennessee. It is governed by a set of Bylaws. Election of the Board is by the owners of the condominium complex and is conducted at the Annual Meeting. Each Board Member serves for a term of 3 years with a rotation for continuity. The Board represents all of the owners in the daily operation and maintenance of the common property of the complex.
