FINANCES

        Financial responsibility for Brentwood Pointe II lies with the Board of Managers as well as each owner.  The are a number of services provided for the community that are included in the Homeowner Association's Monthly Fee.  Among these is the maintenance of the Swimming Pool, Lawn Maintenance, Trash Service, Security Lighting, etc.  The Board of Managers is committed to keeping these fees as low as possible.  It is our desire to try to operate with enough funds available that all maintenance, repairs, services and improvements can be accomplished without special assessments or delays.
